We are a coaching and training partnership that supports leaders and workforces to develop the culture and capability necessary to engage and persuade stakeholders and create change.

 

We provide high quality bespoke events, ranging from one-to-one coaching, through executive workshops, to in-person masterclasses for 50+ staff.

 

All our work is informed by a deep understand of both individual psychology and organisational dynamics.

 

Our workshops are co-delivered by two facilitators with a combined background in

We believe that all organisational growth is based in personal growth, and that all learning events can contribute to the workforce wellbeing while delivering on business need.

 

Collectively, our facilitators have been developing and delivering coaching and workshops for over 20 years. Over 80% of our business is referred or repeat because we are committed to helping our clients activate their vision and see real results.

BEN VERINDER

FCIPR, Dip CIPR,  Found Chart PR, MMRS

Ben has twenty years’ experience in strategic communication and public relations. He is managing director of Chalkstream, an agency specialising in reputation research and management and one of 50 founding chartered public relations practitioners globally.

 

A former in-house communications director, Ben delivers communication, leadership, reputation, public relations, risk, issues and crisis communication coaching and training to a wide range of public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally, including NATO, the UK Government, ZSL and City & Guilds.

 

His coaching offers leaders the space to apply strategic thinking to their role, support in advising senior colleagues on communication, cultural and change management and guidance to enable growth and continuous professional development.

TILLIE HARRIS

BSc, MSc Ma

As a trained social anthropologist and psychotherapist Tillie is an expert in interpersonal and organisational dynamics. Tillie specializes in stakeholder and audience engagement, with a particular flair for identifying the necessary conditions for positive change.

 

Tillie has designed and delivered consultancy and training programs for over 20 years in the UK and US, supporting big brands to improve communication and engagement, transform culture and achieve their strategic aims.

 

Tillie’s clients include NHS Trusts, national charities such as The British Heart Foundation, and large companies in the UK and US including Bell Partners asset management, and VSE logistics corporation. Her warm but challenging style allows teams to feel both heard and supported while creating an environment for change and growth. She is a Senior Associate for The Trivista Group, and owner of Tillie Harris Ltd.
